Dustin Eddins

Meet Dustin Eddins, our dedicated Production Lead at SMC Global’s Kershaw facility. With eight years at the company, Dustin plays a key role in keeping production moving smoothly. When he receives orders from his supervisor, he relays them to the production crew and works alongside his team to ensure everything gets done by the end of the day.

Over the years, Dustin’s role has evolved as he was promoted to Leadman, taking on more responsibilities and gaining a deeper understanding of how everything runs. His favorite part of the job? The people he works with—a team that feels more like family than just coworkers.

Dustin describes SMC Global as collaborative, supportive, and transparent, and he values the strong sense of teamwork that makes the company unique. One of the most significant projects he’s taken on is learning the finer details of production operations, allowing him to grow in his role. Looking ahead, he’s excited to continue learning and improving as a leader.

Before joining SMC, Dustin had one of his most unusual jobs—working at a full-service gas station, where he spent his days pumping gas and changing oil. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf with friends and hopes to sharpen his skills in the future. Something surprising? He loves to sing! Right now, he’s binge-watching White Collar, and if he could have any superpower, it would be super speed.

Dustin grew up dreaming of becoming a professional baseball player, and one thing he can’t live without is his family—his wife, Erin, and their daughter, Audrey. If he had to keep only three apps on his phone, they would be Twitter, TikTok, and his music app. A big item on his bucket list? Going to Dallas to watch the Cowboys play!
