EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Dixie Cragg

For the past five years, Dixie Cragg, Inventory Control/Admin at SMC Global, has been a steady force behind the scenes at our Kansas City warehouse. Whether it’s keeping inventory in check, organizing paperwork, or coordinating the warehouse calendar, Dixie plays a key role in ensuring operations run seamlessly.

When she first joined SMC Global, Dixie never imagined her role would include product testing, but that’s exactly what she loves about it. “There’s always something new to learn,” she says. From loading bulk tankers first thing in the morning to collaborating with team members like Ariana on scheduling and logistics, no two days are ever the same.

One thing Dixie truly values about working at SMC is the approachable and supportive culture. Whenever she needs support, someone is always ready to step up; and it’s that spirit of teamwork that truly makes a difference. Right now, she’s especially excited to see the railroad project come to life, an exciting development on the horizon for the Kansas City team.
